Quickstart
Clone rec-farm/paramtune, then:
$ export REDIS_PASSWORD="$(openssl rand -base64 24)"
$ export PUBLIC_ORIGIN="http://localhost:3000"
# Register Paramtune as an app in Handstamp first (see Deployment)
$ export OIDC_ISSUER="https://id.example.com"
